Maxwell is a 2-4yr old Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever mix. He is neutered, weighs around 60lbs, is up to date on vaccinations, and already has a microchip. Maxwell is a high energy guy looking for a home to call his own. He lived a lot of his life as a stray and has been learning how to live in a home for the last 6-8wks. Maxwell is crate trained. He needs a confident leader to help him work on his newly acquired basic skills. Maxwell can get along with other dogs, but one close to him in size, or larger, would be best.

He would do best in a home with a family that is active and plans to include their dog in their adventures.

Requirements: No kids under 13, cats, or small dogs. Fenced yard preferred but not required.
