Wisconsin Adopt a Golden Retriever is an all volunteer, foster-based Golden Retriever rescue organization serving the state of Wisconsin and parts of Illinois since 2005.

Our mission is to provide bright new beginnings to displaced Golden Retrievers.

Are you willing to open your home temporarily to WAAGR rescue dogs and help them find their forever home? You're in the right place. 

This form is meant for  pre-approved WAAGR related expenses that you initially paid for on your own such as foster vet bills or $100 towards a spay or neuter. 

Join our team and make a difference in the lives of these dogs. No committment is too small and is greatly appreciated.

We appreciate any amount that you're able to give and ensure that it will make a difference in a dog's life. 

We know this is a tough decision. We are here to help you through the transition and ensure your dog continues to be loved with another family. 

This document is to be completed once you have agreed to adopt a specific WAAGR dog.
